Hair Restoration

A problem that affects both men and women, alopecia (baldness) is frequently resistant to treatment by medications. Individual hair follicles can be transplanted from the back of the scalp where there is abundant growth to the area of hair loss by a meticulous and careful process. We use a micrograft transplantation technique to obtain a natural appearing result and avoid the pluggy look of older methods. The procedure is performed under a local anesthetic in addition to oral medications to maintain comfort. Two or three sessions may be required depending on the area that needs to be covered and the density desired. Cost is $6500 per session.
